Bolton Food and Drink Festival is a great example of this. Now heading for its third year, the Festival celebrates all that's great about food and drink in Bolton. For the duration of the Festival, you can tuck into mouth-watering events and tasty offers at top bars, restaurants and other more unusual venues. Top of the bill at the 2007 Festival was 'What's Cooking?' - an electronic recipe book crammed full of great dishes for you to recreate in your own home.
