When you visit Bolton, you'll see our Ambassadors, they're the meet and greet friendly face of the town centre. They provide vital assistance to both the public, businesses, Bolton Council and Greater Manchester Police and, although not security officers, they monitor the radio link and act as early warning systems when any known offenders are operation in the town centre and their varied duties also include highlighting any maintenance/health and safety issues to Bolton Council.

All Ambassadors are fully qualified in first aid and have completed a visitor tourism course making your visit both safe and enjoyable.
